We met with Mark Naffzinger on a Saturday. His presentation of market analysis was very detailed. Mark suggested a listing price and we agreed. Mark came by on Monday to take pictures and the pictures were online with numerous listing services by Tuesday. We had a full price offer for our home before the end of the week!
